Legal Apprentice Project
Existing since 2003, this project seeks to provide young people with opportunities through theoretical and practical training so that, by the end of the program, they are qualified to work in the learned role. A large portion of these young people are hired as permanent employees at the end of their apprentice contract.
Irmãos Quagliato Cultural Center
In 2006, the partnership and investments in the Irmãos Quagliato Cultural Center began. Throughout these 15 years, several courses and classes have been taught, including: IT, English, cooking, ballet, saxophone, crafts, acoustic guitar, canvas painting, and theater. The ballet students have already represented Brazil in various international competitions in North America and Europe.
Blood donation incentive campaign
In addition to partnering with the Ourinhos Blood Bank, we encourage employees to donate blood by transporting donors to the laboratory.
Supply of layette sets and powdered milk
Supply of powdered milk, for the first 12 months of life, and layette sets for our employees' newborn children.
