Plantation
The soil is prepared, the sugarcane is planted, and it receives the necessary treatment to grow in a healthy and productive way.
↓
CTT
The sugarcane is harvested, transported by trucks, and taken to our industrial plant.
↓
Milling
The sugarcane is milled, where we separate the juice for sugar and ethanol production, and the bagasse for electricity generation.
↓
Juice treatment
The juice is treated and filtered so that it is in perfect condition for the next processes.
↓
Concentration
The juice is treated and subjected to evaporation, removing the water. The syrup produced enters the boiling process, where sugar crystals are created, forming a highly concentrated sucrose mass.
↓
Centrifugation
This mass is centrifuged, separating the sugar crystals from the residue.
↓
Drying
The sugar has its moisture removed and is ready to be stored.
